Service Description
Services Included: • Flatpack furniture assembly (up to 6 items). • TV wall mounting (2 TVs, up to 65”). • Picture hanging (up to 10 items). • Curtain rail hanging (up to 3 rails). • Minor adjustments (e.g., repositioning of items if needed). Extras (charged separately): • Additional furniture assembly (Time depending): £20 per item. • Additional TV mounting: £25 per TV. • Additional picture hanging: £4 per item.
Cancellation Policy
• Customers are encouraged to book at least 48 hours in advance to secure their preferred date and time. • Same-day bookings may be accepted for an additional fee, subject to availability. • Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS upon successfully booking a service. • Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Late Cancellation: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged £10 • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Reschedule Window: • Customers may reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the original appointment time. Last-Minute Reschedules: • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a £15 administrative fee.
